These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between you (“Client”) and Stellarys Resonance LLC, operating as Agenarys (“Company”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida. This Agreement governs your use of the Agenarys platform, website, AI agents, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Annual subscriptions are available with a 17% discount.
Subscription plans include a monthly credit allocation used for creative and content actions including website updates, AI-generated images, content creation, and marketing materials. Phone calls and SMS messages are not charged against your credit balance.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment is automatically processed through Stripe using your registered payment method. If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge three times over five business days.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days’ prior written notice. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us at hello@agenarys.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable except when: you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription purchase without having materially used the Services; or we are unable to deliver the core Services due to a technical failure on our part that persists for more than 72 consecutive hours.
Website setup fees and one-time service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
The Agenarys platform, including all software, AI models, designs, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Stellarys Resonance LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all business content you provide to us.
AGENARYS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation for 30 days. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.

Estos Términos de Servicio (“Acuerdo”) constituyen un contrato legalmente vinculante entre usted (“Cliente”) y Stellarys Resonance LLC, operando como Agenarys (“Empresa”), una compañía de responsabilidad limitada registrada en el Estado de Florida. Los planes de suscripción incluyen una asignación mensual de créditos utilizados para acciones creativas y de contenido incluyendo actualizaciones de sitios web, imágenes generadas por IA, creación de contenido y materiales de marketing. Las llamadas telefónicas y los mensajes SMS no se cobran contra su saldo de créditos.
Las suscripciones se facturan mensual o anualmente por adelantado. El pago se procesa automáticamente a través de Stripe utilizando el método de pago registrado. Si un pago falla, intentaremos procesar el cargo tres veces durante cinco días hábiles.
Nos reservamos el derecho de cambiar nuestros precios con 30 días de aviso previo por escrito. Su uso continuado de los Servicios después de la fecha efectiva del cambio de precio constituye aceptación del nuevo precio.
Puede cancelar su suscripción en cualquier momento a través de su panel de control o contactándonos en hello@agenarys.com. La cancelación surte efecto al final del período de facturación actual.
Las tarifas de suscripción mensual no son reembolsables excepto cuando: cancele dentro de los 7 días de su primera compra de suscripción sin haber utilizado materialmente los Servicios; o no podamos entregar los Servicios principales debido a una falla técnica de nuestra parte que persista por más de 72 horas consecutivas.
Las tarifas de configuración del sitio web y las tarifas de servicio únicas no son reembolsables una vez que el trabajo haya comenzado.
La plataforma Agenarys, incluyendo todo el software, modelos de IA, diseños, logotipos y marcas comerciales, es propiedad de Stellarys Resonance LLC y está protegida por las leyes de propiedad intelectual. Usted retiene la propiedad de todo el contenido empresarial que nos proporcione.
LOS SERVICIOS DE AGENARYS SE PROPORCIONAN ‘TAL COMO ESTÁN’ SIN GARANTÍAS DE NINGÚN TIPO. NO GARANTIZAMOS QUE LOS SERVICIOS SERÁN ININTERRUMPIDOS, LIBRES DE ERRORES O COMPLETAMENTE SEGUROS.
EN LA MEDIDA MÁXIMA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY APLICABLE, NUESTRA RESPONSABILIDAD TOTAL ANTE USTED NO EXCEDERÁ EL MONTO TOTAL QUE NOS HAYA PAGADO EN LOS TRES MESES INMEDIATAMENTE ANTERIORES A LA RECLAMACIÓN.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, Estados Unidos. Las disputas se resolverán primero mediante negociación de buena fe durante 30 días. Si la negociación fracasa, las disputas se resolverán mediante arbitraje vinculante administrado por la Asociación Americana de Arbitraje.
